#27147 (CAMEL-25199) gave `EndpointConsumerChecks.consumed` a catalog
argument, and #27172 (CAMEL-25208) calls it with the two arguments it had
before. Each PR built on its own; together they don't. `RouteAssist` now passes
the catalog it already has.
Verified: camel-jbang-core, the TUI, validate and MCP modules build.
`RouteAssistTest`, `SourceValidatorRoutesTest` and the endpoint consumer tests
pass (43).
