Look-and-feel fixes from walking through every tab with running examples.
- **Selection:** Errors, Endpoints and HTTP select their first row, so their
detail panel is not empty ("Select an endpoint..."). This is opt-in per tab;
tables without a detail panel are unchanged.
- **URIs:** endpoint URIs are shown decoded, `platform-http:///stock/{sku}`
rather than `%7Bsku%7D`, in Routes, Activity and Endpoints. Display only: the
URI stays the key.
- **Durations:** 2.02s rather than 2s20ms.
- **Activity:**
- newest first;
- the rate over the time up to now (a burst of 15 exchanges in a second
showed 5113/min);
- a short exchange id (`AD50EE…-1`);
- a detail panel as tall as its content (it took half the tab for four
lines).
- **HTTP:** a REST service and its platform-http consumer are one row, with
the hits of both.
- **Health:** a check reported once for readiness and once for liveness
(`context`) is one row; the title says what R and L mean.
- **Endpoints:** a check mark for stub and remote (an `x` read as "no").
- **`tui_navigate`** finds the tabs by the label the bar shows (`Route`,
`Endpoint`) and by number.
Tests: `DisplayFormatsTest`, `TablePolishTest`, `ErrorsTabRenderTest`,
`HttpTabRenderTest`. The module tests pass.
