chore: camel-kamelet-main - map the jolt-community package that camel-jolt
uses (#27290)
The known third-party libraries mapped com.bazaarvoice.jolt to
com.bazaarvoice.jolt:jolt-core:${jolt-version}.
Since camel-jolt switched to the jolt-community fork (CAMEL-24806),
jolt-version is 1.3.0, a version the old
bazaarvoice artifact never had, so the mapping pointed to an artifact that
does not exist. The fork also moved
to the io.joltcommunity.jolt package, which was not mapped. It now maps
io.joltcommunity.jolt to
io.github.jolt-community.jolt:jolt-community-core, and
-Dcamel.known-dependencies.verify=true passes again.
