   \`PrepareCatalogMojo.filterJackson3Duplicates\` drops the Jackson 3 data 
formats from the catalog by checking whether the descriptor path contains 
\`/components/camel-jackson3\`. On Windows the path uses \`\\\`, so the check 
never matches. The jackson3 descriptors then end up in the catalog, where they 
replace the jackson ones they share names with.
   
   This was found when regenerating the backport PR #27152 on Windows, where 
the jackson and jackson3 entries in the catalog got swapped.
   
   The fix converts the path to forward slashes before the check. Nothing 
changes on Linux or macOS.
