Thanks for the review! Both points are addressed in b1b484e:
1. Media ranges now apply to Accept only, via a new
RestUtil.isAcceptedMediaType. isValidOrAcceptedContentType rejects
Content-Type: application/* again (415, covered by a new test in
RestJettyContentTypeTest).
2. Removed the copy in RestOpenApiProcessor in favour of RestUtil, and
moved its test cases to RestUtilTest.
I left the q=0 case for a follow-up, as it also applies to exact types
today.
