CAMEL-24894: docs - add the camel-docling output path note to the 4.22 and
4.18 upgrade guides (#27368)
The fix was backported to camel-4.22.x (#27365) and camel-4.18.x (#27362),
which added the upgrade note to their own guides. Sync the note into the
4.22.2 and 4.18.5 sections of the guides on main.
