Rebased onto main, @davsclaus — thanks. CAMEL-24831 (#27332) landed in the
shared files, so I reconciled against it:
- `AiToolExecutor` now carries both: 24831's `getToolProcessor()` +
`AuthorizationDenied` classification, and this PR's `createToolExchange`
(detached copy, own unit of work, clean message).
- The `camel-openai` and `camel-spring-ai-chat` adapters now both build the
tool exchange via `createToolExchange` (this PR) and relay
`AuthorizationDenied` (from 24831).
- The component doc keeps both sections ("The calling exchange", then
"Authorizing tool calls"), and I updated the "which runtimes carry the caller
identity" bullet — with this PR, `langchain4j-agent`, `openai` and
`spring-ai-chat` all carry it, so the earlier "until CAMEL-24832" note is
resolved. The 4.23 upgrade guide keeps both notes.
New head `c2a502943166`; camel-ai-tool (127), camel-openai (13),
camel-langchain4j-agent (74) and camel-spring-ai-chat (353) are green.
