The summary point is addressed in 57b420404b as well: - **Docs**: the `camel_run` row of `camel-jbang-mcp.adoc` now says that no second copy is started when an integration already runs from the directory, or is still starting (`status: running` with pid, name and log file, or `status: starting`), and that a failed start or restart answers with the cause from the console output, its exception lines kept and its frames left out. - **Guard test**: `IntegrationLauncherGuardTest` points `CommandLineHelper.useHomeDir` at a `@TempDir` and writes `.camel/<this pid>-status.json` with `runtime.directory`, so nothing is started.
