`camel-spring-boot-generator-maven-plugin` and `camel-spring-boot-config-generator-maven-plugin` declare `org.apache.maven.shared:maven-dependency-tree` 3.1.0, but no class in either plugin uses it (nothing under `tooling` imports `org.apache.maven.shared.dependency.*`). The library is planned to be retired (apache/maven-dependency-tree#151). This removes the two dependencies. The `maven-dependency-tree` entry in `tooling/camel-spring-boot-dependencies/pom.xml` is left alone: the BOM is regenerated from Camel's managed versions, and apache/camel#27446 removes it there, so it goes away with the next regen. Verified: `mvn verify` on both plugins passes; `camel-spring-boot-generator-maven-plugin` runs 14 tests, `camel-spring-boot-config-generator-maven-plugin` has none. @gzurowski @davsclaus you've been working on these POMs recently; could you take a look?
