CAMEL-25401: camel-jira - go back to fugue 6.1.5: fugue 7 is compiled for
Java 25 (#27452)
fugue 7.0.1 (Dependabot, bac605380ad3) is compiled for Java 25 (class file
version 69), so camel-jira failed on Java 17 and 21 with
UnsupportedClassVersionError. Back to 6.1.5, which 4.22.x ships; a test
loads a
fugue class, as the other camel-jira tests mock the Jira client and never
did;
Dependabot ignores fugue's major 7 until Camel's minimum Java is 25.
