_Claude Code on behalf of Claus Ibsen._ 162 of the 259 Kamelets on `main` list `camel:core` in `spec.dependencies`. The other 97 leave it out and work the same way, because every Camel runtime has camel-core. So the entry adds nothing, and it is inconsistent across the catalog. `camel:kamelet` is different: it is the `camel-kamelet` artifact that runs the template, not part of camel-core. All 259 Kamelets list it, and it should stay. **Why it matters now:** - Models learn from this catalog. They copy the entry into the Kamelets they write. - The Camel AI tools will note `camel:core` in a Kamelet file as implied (apache/camel#27473, CAMEL-25403). That note is a hint, not an error, but the catalog should follow it. **Proposal:** - Remove the `camel:core` line from the 162 Kamelets, in the `kamelets/` sources and the library copies. - Regenerate the catalog SBOM. - The change is mechanical. It is one PR if wanted. **Related:** #3095 removes six dependencies that are actually unused. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
