https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25430 A first `camel infra run` pulls the container image, which takes minutes for large images (ollama, docling, keycloak, localstack), and nothing said how far it got. **Cause:** `camel infra run` never configured logging. log4j ran on its default configuration (level ERROR), so the pull progress that Testcontainers logs at INFO on its `tc.<image>` loggers was lost. **CLI:** before the service starts, `camel infra run` reconfigures log4j with a new `log4j2-infra.properties`: - only the pull messages of Testcontainers, as plain lines (a `RegexFilter` on the `tc` logger); - root at ERROR, as before. It is reconfigured rather than initialized, because log4j may already have started with its default configuration. A fresh pull of openfga now prints: ``` Starting service openfga (PID: 53405) Pulling docker image: mirror.gcr.io/openfga/openfga:v1.21.0. MB) Pull complete. 4 layers, pulled in 3s (downloaded 22 MB at 7 MB/s) { ...service properties... } ``` Nothing changes with `--json`, or when the image is already there. **camel-jbang monitor:** it keeps the output of the `camel infra run` it starts. While the service starts, a notice shows the latest progress, e.g. `Pulling image of ollama: 2 of 5 layers, 1.2 GB of 3.4 GB (35%)`. Testcontainers knows the total only once Docker has reported the size of every layer (`? MB` until then). Until then the notice shows the layers and the size pulled: `2 of 4 layers, 21 MB`. **Tests:** `LaunchManagerInfraTest` covers parsing the progress (total known or not, nothing pulled yet, pull completed) and the notice while an infra launch starts; all 1790 monitor tests pass.
