Backport of #27539 to camel-4.22.x. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25437 `camel run route.camel.yaml --prop greeting=FromProp` was silently ignored: `--prop` was declared with `arity = "0"`, so picocli accepted only the attached `--prop=key=value` form, and the separate `key=value` went on as a file to run. Dropping `arity = "0"` (on `camel run` and `camel script`) makes `--prop` take one value per occurrence, after a space or an equals sign.
