CAMEL-25324: camel-dataweave - fix common DataWeave construct conversion
bugs

Fix conversion bugs across the DataWeave lexer, parser and converter.
The lexer now recognizes @, ? and $$ instead of dropping or splitting
them. The parser keeps header var/fun declarations, skips type
annotations on parameters, and handles attribute access (.@), existence
checks (?) and the $$ reduce accumulator. The converter no longer
double-escapes quotes, maps $(..) string interpolation to DataSonnet
    %(..), emits c.multiValue for multi-value selectors (*), stringifies
groupBy keys, and uses block comments for TODO markers, with */ escaped
so it can't break the generated Jsonnet.

    Closes #27535
