CAMEL-25499: Limit audit list payloads and preserve expert diagnostics

Omit captured input from shared console list responses while preserving it
for
event details and linked evidence. Mark explicit MCP input retrieval as
untrusted data without modifying the reader response.

Restore literal audit expert names in XML to match YAML, and retain real
default-expert errors in CLI text output while keeping ambiguous automatic
    selection quiet.

Document per-record and aggregate memory sizing, pre-redaction limits,
per-invocation batch capture, trusted console access, and INFO log retention
and forwarding. Add regressions for the list/detail boundary, DSL
consistency,
redaction bounds, CLI diagnostics and MCP input handling.
