The main CI build already runs with `-Pformat` on the initial build step & there's a follow-up step to catch uncommitted changes to modified files due to unsorted imports, missing license headers etc. This should reduce most PRs to only requiring 1 CI runner. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
