The rename is fine. The `CancellationException` in the JIRA comes from a
NATS 503 *no responders* reply, though (jnats cancels the request future in
`deliverReply`). That means this route's own consumer was not subscribed yet.
Could you also add `waitForNatsConsumers(1);` at the start of
`testReplyToTimeout()`, like `NatsProducerReplyToIT` does?
