camel-salesforce 4.23.0 ships Pub/Sub API classes generated with protobuf
4.35.1. Quarkus 3.40.1 manages `protobuf-java` 4.35.0, so creating any
salesforce endpoint fails in JVM mode, and the native build fails too:

The salesforce tests are disabled until Quarkus manages `protobuf-java` >=
4.35.1 (Quarkus `main` still has 4.35.0).
Workaround: manage `com.google.protobuf:protobuf-java:4.35.1` in the
application.
