@allthingssecurity thanks, both points are addressed: 1. **Route without `routeId`**: fixed in 00ca5859882d. `TransformJavaRoutes` now assigns the route ids (and node ids) as Camel does when it starts, so `route-diagram` and `route-structure` show a route without an id and the other routes of the file. Your reproducer is a test (`diagramReadsJavaRoutesWithoutRouteId`), plus one for `route-structure`. 2. **`--json` and parts the parser could not read**: in 7e941cacebb0, with `--json` the parts are listed in the JSON itself, as an `unread` array, rather than on stderr: `printErr` of the CLI printer writes to stdout today (separating stderr is part of CAMEL-25388), so it would have broken the JSON.
