   `camel overview` now warns when a route receives the failures of an error
handler and uses that error handler too (CAMEL-25467). The error-handling
example did exactly that: `parked` receives the failures of the dead letter
channel and the `onException` of `error-handling.camel.yaml`, and both applied
to it as well. A failure in parking an order went back to `parked`, with its
own exception in place of the first.

   - `parked` moves to `parked.camel.yaml`, with a dead letter channel of its
own to `log:parking-failed?level=ERROR`. The error handling of
`error-handling.camel.yaml` applies to the routes in that file only.
   - The README says why. Its expected output gets the WARN line of the
declined card (a run logs three), and a new "Try changing" item moves the route
back to see the warning. The suggestion to drop the parked route now also
changes the `onException`, which sends there too.
   - The Citrus test loads `parked.camel.yaml`.

   Checked:
   - the Citrus test passes;
   - `camel run *` logs what the README shows;
   - `camel overview` has no warning;
   - with `parked` made to throw `IllegalStateException`, it runs once and the
failure is logged at ERROR. In one file, the same failure looped ("Circular
error-handler detected", 28 runs of `parked` in 10 seconds).
