URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27810

   ## Summary

   Fixes [CAMEL-25629](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25629).

The `camel.jbang.javaVersion` configuration was documented with only `21` as
its allowed value, while `--java-version` offers `21` and `25`
(`JavaVersionCompletionCandidates`), and export has Dockerfile templates for
both. Tooling that reads the configuration metadata, for example from the
catalog, would reject `25`.

   ## Changes

   - `CamelJBangConstants.JAVA_VERSION`: `enums = "21,25"`. The default stays
`21`.
   - Regenerated `camel-jbang-configuration-metadata.json` and its copy in
camel-catalog.

   ## Tests

   - `JavaVersionMetadataTest`: the versions in the generated metadata are the
same as the `--java-version` completion candidates, so the two cannot drift
apart again.

Labelled `port/camel-4.22.x` (fix version 4.22.2): the same line is on
`camel-4.22.x`, so the change cherry-picks as is.
