   ## Description

This PR introduces an opt-in `advancedOptions` setting for the Kamelet
component and endpoint, allowing users to pass options directly to the
underlying Camel endpoint without using the previous `source.` and `sink.`
prefixes.

The feature is disabled by default to preserve existing behavior.

   ### Changes

   - Add the `advancedOptions` option to the Kamelet component and endpoint. An
endpoint-level setting overrides the component-level setting.
   - When enabled, forward eligible, unprefixed URI parameters to the
underlying endpoint, excluding Kamelet template properties, reserved Kamelet
options, and the `advancedOptions` switch itself.
   - For source Kamelets, apply advanced options to the input endpoint.
   - For sink and action Kamelets, apply advanced options to the main static
destination endpoint.
   - Preserve existing behavior when advanced options are disabled or omitted.
   - Remove the previous `source.` and `sink.` prefix-based option handling.
   - Keep dynamic destinations unsupported and report a clear error when
advanced options are supplied for an action Kamelet without a compatible
endpoint.
   - Update component documentation, generated catalog metadata, tests, and the
upgrade guide.
   - Add tests covering option forwarding, configuration precedence, reserved
options, and URI/RAW parameter handling.

   ### Testing

   - `KameletAdvancedOptionsTest`: 40 tests passed.
   - `camel-kamelet` module: 134 tests passed, 2 skipped.
   - `git diff --check`: clean.

The full Maven reactor build and CI have not been run locally.

   ### Related work

This PR supersedes the previous prefix-based implementation discussed in the
earlier PR for CAMEL-21787.
