Hi @squakez , I'd like to work on this! My understanding is that GitHub Pages currently triggers on every push to `main`, even when Helm charts haven't changed. To solve this, we can switch to GitHub Actions-based Pages deployment using `actions/upload-pages-artifact` (targeting `docs/charts/`) and `actions/deploy-pages`. I lean towards a dedicated workflow called after the Helm release step, so we avoid unnecessary builds while keeping the publishing logic clean and isolated. Would this approach work for you?
