   Fixes #8706.

Ship META-INF/quarkus-skill.md in the camel-quarkus-core and
camel-quarkus-bean deployment JARs. The Quarkus Agent MCP quarkus_skills tool
discovers them automatically and loads prescriptive Camel Quarkus guidance into
AI assistants before they write code.

Expose camelCatalogDoc and camelValidateEndpointUri as Dev MCP tools from
the core Dev UI JSON-RPC service, backed by the application's
RuntimeCamelCatalog. The Quarkus Agent MCP proxies them in dev mode, giving
agents live component documentation and endpoint URI validation with no extra
MCP server to install.

Also adds an AI-assisted development page to the user guide.

   ## Description

   Two parts:

   1. Built-in skills. camel-quarkus-core and camel-quarkus-bean ship a
META-INF/quarkus-skill.md in their deployment JAR. The quarkus_skills tool of
the Quarkus Agent MCP discovers them automatically in any project depending on
the extension, and feeds AI coding assistants prescriptive Camel Quarkus
guidance before they write code: Endpoint DSL first, catalog lookup instead of
guessing URI options, testing gotchas (CamelQuarkusTestSupport, adviceRoute),
native mode pitfalls. The skills are self-contained and follow the Quarkus
guidelines for extension authors.

   2. Dev MCP tools. The core extension's Dev UI JSON-RPC service exposes
camelCatalogDoc and camelValidateEndpointUri, backed by the application's own
RuntimeCamelCatalog. In dev mode, the Quarkus Agent MCP proxies them
automatically: agents get component documentation and endpoint URI validation
from the exact Camel version and classpath of the application. One MCP server,
nothing else to install.

A user guide page documents the whole setup, including the Camel JBang MCP
server as a complement for people also working with standalone Camel JBang.

   How I tested this

Covered by 6 new DevUIJsonRPCTest tests, plus a full end-to-end session with
Claude Code and the Quarkus Agent MCP. One prompt, and the agent loads the
skill, starts dev mode, adds the missing camel-quarkus-kafka dependency (the
skill warns that kafka(...) compiles without it), looks up the Kafka options
with camelCatalogDoc, and validates the URI with camelValidateEndpointUri
before finishing.
