## Summary Follow-up of #27692 (CAMEL-25544), which made the camel-jira write producers call `claim()` on the `Promise` returned by the Jira REST client. That is a bug fix, but it changes what a user observes on upgrade, and it is not mentioned in the upgrade guide: - a request that Jira rejects now fails the exchange with a `RestClientException` (error handler / `onException` apply), where before the exchange completed as if it had succeeded; - the producers now take the time of the Jira request instead of returning at once; - tests that mock `IssueRestClient` and return `null` from these methods now fail with a `NullPointerException` (this broke the `camel-jira-starter` tests in camel-spring-boot, fixed in apache/camel-spring-boot#2035). This adds a short `camel-jira` section to the 4.23 upgrade guide.
