chore: docs - the Ollama MLX build of qwen3.6 is faster on Apple Silicon
with Ollama 0.40 (#27861)

The AI provider docs said to avoid the -mlx tags because the Ollama MLX
engine could not reuse the cached prompt for
Qwen 3.x models. With Ollama 0.40 it does. Measured on an M4 Pro with
Ollama 0.40.3 and an 11K-token prompt,
qwen3.6:35b-mlx against qwen3.6:35b-a3b (GGUF): it reads the prompt about
25% faster, writes about 10% faster, and a
follow-up question took 2.2 instead of 2.8 seconds. Recommend the MLX build
on Apple Silicon with Ollama 0.40 or later,
and say how to pick one when both builds are installed.

On Apple Silicon, all RAM is unified — a 64 GB M-series Mac can run
`llama3.3:70b` comfortably alongside the OS and other dev tools.
-Use the default (GGUF) tags rather than the `-mlx` tags: the Ollama MLX engine
cannot yet reuse the
-cached prompt for Qwen 3.x models, so every question re-processes the whole
prompt.
+On a Mac with Apple Silicon, use the MLX build `qwen3.6:35b-mlx` with Ollama
0.40 or later. It is the same
+35B-A3B model, in the format of Apple's MLX engine, which Ollama 0.40 uses on
Apple Silicon and which reuses the cached
+prompt between the questions of a conversation. Measured on an M4 Pro with
Ollama 0.40.3 and an 11K-token prompt,
+against the default (GGUF) tag: it reads the prompt about 25% faster (about
780 against 620 tokens per second), writes
+about 10% faster (about 68 against 60 tokens per second), and a follow-up
question took 2.2 instead of 2.8 seconds.
+With an older Ollama keep the default (GGUF) tag: there the MLX engine could
not reuse the cached prompt for Qwen 3.x
+models, so every question re-processed the whole prompt.
+
+The CLI auto-selects the first installed `qwen3.6` model in the order Ollama
lists them (the latest pulled first), so
+with both builds installed pick one: `--model qwen3.6:35b-mlx` for `camel
ask`, or `/model qwen3.6:35b-mlx` in the TUI.
