Converting this PR to draft. It cannot pass CI while main still builds on JDK 17. JToon moved to Java 21 bytecode in 2.0.6. The class file version of `dev/toonformat/jtoon/JToon.class` in each jar: | JToon | Class file version | |---|---| | 2.0.5 | 61 (Java 17) | | 2.0.6 | 65 (Java 21) | | 2.0.7 | 65 (Java 21) | The `build (17, false)` job therefore fails to compile camel-toon (`cannot find symbol` for `JToon`, `EncodeOptions`, `DecodeOptions` and more), and fail-fast cancels the JDK 25 job: [run 38763763320](https://github.com/apache/camel/actions/runs/38763763320). The local run in the description passed because JDK 21 and newer can load these classes. No JToon release after 2.0.5 runs on Java 17. The source changes stay valid. This PR waits for the Java 17 drop, [CAMEL-22996](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-22996).
