## Backport of #27768 Cherry-pick of da9e101cae34 from `main` onto `camel-4.22.x`, for 4.22.2. CAMEL-25603 has fix versions 4.18.6, 4.22.2 and 4.24.0; the 4.18.x port (#27884) is merged, and this branch was the one still missing. The code, the component and data format docs (and their catalog copies) and the tests apply unchanged. Only the upgrade guide files are left out, as they live on `main`, where #27768 already added the 4.22.2 note in `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc`. Unlike 4.18.x, this branch has the hybrid KEM and `SecureRandomHelper`, so nothing needed adapting.
