Camel 4.23 lets an `ai-tool` route declare structured output
(`outputSchema`, CAMEL-24333), but `QuarkusMcpServerEngine` ignored it, so MCP
clients only got text.
Now, like Camel's Vert.x engine:
- `tools/list` publishes the route's `outputSchema`
- `tools/call` returns `structuredContent` next to the text content
Tests: new `testOutputSchemaIsPublished` and
`testStructuredContentIsReturned` in the mcp-server IT (JVM and native). Docs:
`usage.adoc` section.
