Boolean.TRUE.equals(option.initialValue());

Review Comment:
   💡 **Minor gap:** `option.initialValue()` for
`Run.LoggingOptions#--logging-color` evaluates to `false` in CI (the `CI` env
var is set, so `EnvironmentHelper.isColorEnabled()` returns `false`). Neither
condition in `onByDefault` is true, so this option is silently skipped by the
exhaustive scan in CI.

   This means the test won't catch a future regression on `--logging-color` in
Run (e.g. someone removing the `arity`/`fallbackValue`) when running in GitHub
Actions.

   Low severity since the option is intentionally environment-dependent, but
worth being aware of. If you want full coverage in CI too, you could add
`defaultValue = "true"` to the `--logging-color` annotation in
`Run.LoggingOptions` (it won't change runtime behaviour since
`EnvironmentHelper.isColorEnabled()` is the field initializer, not picocli's
default — but it would make the test coverage consistent).
