Backport of #27093 (`91585cdb1917`, straight cherry-pick, no conflicts) to `camel-4.22.x`: Develocity Maven extension 2.5.0 → 2.6.0. ## Why The GitHub `ubuntu-24.04` runner image (`20261012.334.1`) now ships **Maven 3.10.0**. Develocity 2.5.0 does not start on it: ``` [ERROR] Internal error in Develocity Maven extension: DevelocityLifecycleManager afterProjectsRead ProvisionException: [Guice/NullInjectedIntoNonNullable] ... 2nd parameter pluginDescriptorCache ... is not @Nullable ``` On `camel-4.22.x`, any workflow step that calls the image's `mvn` instead of `./mvnw` fails. For example, the `camel-launcher-native` job of "Camel launcher native exe build" fails at "Verify launcher snapshot dependencies are published" (#27827, failed on all 3 attempts).
