chore: dependabot - ignore classgraph 6.x, it needs Java 25 (#27953)
classgraph 6.0.0 is compiled for Java 25 (class file version 69) and removes
ResourceList.forEachByteArrayThrowingIOException, which camel-datasonnet
uses.
Dependabot PR #27940 for it was closed; ignore the major updates the same
way
as fugue 7 until Camel's minimum Java is 25.
