Thirteenth batch of [CAMEL-23688](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-23688) (test coverage of the CLI commands): `camel version list` (57% line coverage before). Its tests download the releases from Maven, and its JSON (`VersionListDTO`, 0%) was not tested. ### Tests - `VersionListReleasesTest` (new), without downloads (`--download=false`): the Camel releases the catalog knows, here the 4.10 to 4.12 releases, which do not change any more. The table (JDK, LTS, release and end-of-life dates), JSON with the fields a script reads (and `[]`), `--patch=false`, `--lts`, `--eol=false`, `--from-date`/`--to-date`, `--sort=-version` with `--tail`, `--date-format` and `--days=false`, and the errors. ### Bugs the tests found - **A `--date-format` that is not a date pattern**, such as `yyyy-bb`, showed the dates unformatted, and **a `--from-date` or `--to-date` that is not a date** (`last year`, `31-12-2025`) was ignored and every release shown; now usage errors (`2`). - **The `Last updated ... (use --fresh ...)` note** was printed on stdout after the table; it goes to stderr, so stdout has the table only (the JSON never had it).
