    CAMEL-24290 - avoid jenkins build bad interaction
    
    the Camel core build needs to clear the org/apache/camel local .m2
    repository. In case, it happens during the spring build is happeining,
    both tof the build can fail:
    
    with this kind of error on Camel Spring Boot side:
    ```
    org.apache.maven.lifecycle.LifecycleExecutionException: Failed to
    execute goal on project camel-itest-spring-boot-farjar: Could not
    resolve dependencies for project
    
org.apache.camel.springboot:camel-itest-spring-boot-farjar:jar:4.23.0-SNAPSHOT
