CAMEL-25720: camel-jbang-core - the serial tests no longer run with
-Pfastinstall or -Dquickly
The serial-test surefire execution was bound to the test phase
unconditionally. It is now
unbound like default-test and bound in a full profile (active unless
-Dquickly), which
-Pfastinstall deactivates.
