IMO it does not make sense just to make a simple test. So, if there is a
simple way to test the feature without changing the logic, then we can dedicate
some resource on it. If not, given that's just a simple test, we can keep the
skip on windows until golang is fixing it transparently. In such a case, feel
free to close the PR and you can keep some other open issue.
