Since Quarkus 4 removes native mode support for Jackson 2.x, I have a workaround via a `camel-quarkus-support-jackson2` extension, which provides some minimal build time code to enable anything dependent on Jackson 2 to continue working in native mode. Depends on: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-22857 It's unlikely we'll be able to migrate everything off of Jackson 2.
