Camel 4.23.0 and the azure-vertx-http-client both have some compatibility to work on both Vert.x 4.x and 5.x. There's one sticking point in the usage of `HttpServerResponse.reset(long)`. In Vert.x 5, the reset method return type changed from `boolean` to `Future<Void>`. Therefore, to work around this, calls are rewritten at build time with a `BytecodeTransformerBuildItem`. The issues are already fixed upstream. We just need to wait for new releases.
