In Quarkus 4.0.0.Beta1 `VertxProcessor` still names `io.vertx.ext.web.client.impl.MultipartFormUpload`. Vert.x 5 renamed it to `io.vertx.core.http.impl.ClientMultipartFormUpload`, so the registration is silently skipped. Native builds that reach `sendForm` then fail with `UnpooledByteBufAllocator` in the image heap. The problem is worked around in this project where `VertxHttpProcessor` registers the new class name for runtime init.
