[CAMEL-25860](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25860) was backported to `camel-4.18.x` (#28166) and `camel-4.22.x` (#28164), but neither backport added an upgrade guide note. The guides of all versions live on `main`, so this adds the note to: - `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_18.adoc`, section "Upgrading from 4.18.5 to 4.18.6" - `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc`, section "Upgrading from 4.22.2 to 4.22.3" The note explains the behaviour change. After a pollEnrich timeout with the default aggregation, the body (or the `variableReceive` variable) is now `null` for messages that create their body on demand, such as file, JMS, mail and HTTP messages. Before, those messages brought the incoming file or payload back. After the timeout the message is also a plain message rather than the consumer's message type.
