   Thanks Andrea.

   1. Confirmed (`BasicIssue` equality is `self`/`key`/`id`): when the total of
a page is lower than the previous one, `getIssues` now reads again from `start`
minus the difference and the set drops the repeats; not when the previous page
was already the last one. `NewIssuesConsumerShrinkingResultTest` removes the
newest issue after the first page and got 59 of 60 before the change. A create
plus a delete between two pages keeps the total, so that case is left for the
follow-up.
   2. The doc now says the Cloud search is eventually consistent and a
late-searchable issue can be missed; the look-back is noted for the follow-up
JIRA.
   3. Added "(at most 50)" to the option, JSON, catalog and endpoint DSL
updated (0f506c12ef78).
