This is something I have wanted to do for a long time (see #6647). Tidy the core and remove some of the oddities that were added back in the early days of the project to support main Vs non-main runtime and various experimental things for camel-k. Since the camel-k-runtime is deprecated, we can start removing redundant build time code for Camel Quarkus 4. Summary of the chages: 1. Group the core extension build steps by concern now that every Camel Quarkus application is a camel-main application: * `CamelBootstrapProcessor` holds the startup sequence in the order it runs: `CamelContext` services, `CamelContext`, `CamelMain` and the runtime boot step * Services, routes, beans, type converter, native image and dev mode steps live in dedicated processors * The `org.apache.camel.quarkus.core.deployment.main`, .`main.devmode` and .main.spi `packages are removed 2. Remove build items and classes that only existed to support bootstrapping without camel-main: `CamelBootstrapCompletedBuildItem`, `CamelRuntimeBuildItem`, `CamelRoutesCollectorBuildItem`, `CamelRoutesLoaderBuildItems`, `RegistryRoutesLoader`(s), `CamelBootstrapRecorder` and `CamelMainProducers`. `CamelMainBuildItem` and `CamelMainListenerBuildItem` move to the `deployment.spi` package and `CamelMainHelper` moves to `deployment.util`. 3. Remove configuration properties that duplicate Apache Camel options or were deprecated for removal: `quarkus.camel.routes-discovery.enabled`, `quarkus.camel.trace.*`, `quarkus.camel.type-converter.*` and `quarkus.camel.source-location-enabled`. Also note: * I plan to retroactively deprecate `quarkus.camel.source-location-enabled` on the 3.40.x branch for the 3.40.1 release.
