Routes to two pipelines: - Greenfield: `brainstorm → plan → execute → verify` - Migration: `migrate → plan → execute → verify` 2. **Skill tiering:** - Meta: `camel-start` (only `user_invocable: true`) - Tier 1 (Pipeline): brainstorm, migrate, plan, execute, verify — slash command only - Tier 2 (Power): validate, ship, knowledge — slash command only - Internal: design, implement, test — guide libraries - Removed: flow (redundant redirect) 3. **AGENTS.md → ultra-minimal (~80 tokens):** compressed iron laws + bootstrap directive ## Implementation Tasks - [x] Create `skills/camel-start/SKILL.md` with decision tree, pipeline overview, "Also available" section - [x] Set `user_invocable: false` on all 8 user-facing skills; trim descriptions to one-liners - [x] Remove `skills/camel-flow/` (redundant with camel-start routing) - [x] Fix stale body text in camel-validate and camel-knowledge - [x] Rewrite `templates/shared/agents-md.md` to ultra-minimal bootstrap (~80 tokens) - [x] Update `DefaultGenerator.createCommandTemplates()`: add "start", remove "flow" - [x] Update `GeminiGenerator`: add camel-start to COMMAND_DISPATCH - [x] Update `DefaultGeneratorTest` assertions - [x] Add post-verification validate suggestion in camel-verify - [x] Full build verification across all agent generators ## Key Design Decisions - **Slash commands are independent from `user_invocable`** — setting `user_invocable: false` removes the description from the system prompt but slash commands still work as on-demand loaders - **Iron laws stay always-on** (compressed in AGENTS.md) — safety constraints can't be lazily loaded because you can't lazily load a rule that prevents mistakes you don't know you're about to make - **Meta-router is a skill, not a persona** — avoids the "router persona" anti-pattern (no paraphrasing hops) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
