Closing after re-checking the proposal against current `main` (`499588f4`):

   - The `CONFUSION` shape already ships.
`skills/camel-brainstorm/guides/migration-discovery.md` Step 5a (`[Concern N of
M]`: what was found, why it matters, multiple-choice options, "Which approach
do you prefer?") and Step 5b (`[Clarification N of M]` for ambiguous source
patterns) predate this issue and are mirrored in
`templates/bob/gates/camel-migrate.md`. The MCP "unexpected result" case is
covered by the `VERIFIED` / `NOT_FOUND` / `UNVERIFIED` / `INVALID_BINDING`
results in `agents/catalog-researcher.md` and the option prompts in
`skills/camel-implement/guides/component-loading.md` and
`skills/camel-design/guides/component-selection.md`; undocumented source
behaviour is covered by the `Confirmed` / `Inferred` / `Unknown` register in
`skills/camel-migrate/guides/migration-analysis.md` (luigidemasi/camel-kit#78).
   - The `ASSUMPTIONS I'M MAKING ... or I'll proceed` template conflicts with
shipped rules: it is a listed violation in `migration-discovery.md` ("Red
Flags"), forbidden by
`templates/bob/rules-camel-brainstorm/interview-gates.md`, and contradicts
`skills/shared/discovery-completeness.md` (one blocking question at a time; no
unconfirmed assumption at completion; assumptions are not turned into user
decisions).
   - "All Tier 1 skills reference the guide" cannot include `camel-execute`,
whose HARD-RULE forbids asking the user between tasks; uncertainty there flows
through the typed status vocabulary instead.

What does remain broken is a channel, not a format: `camel-migrate`
dispatches guides that say "ask the user" to sub-agents that cannot, and
`camel-kit ship --ask never` neither shows nor records the questions its worker
groups. Both are tracked in luigidemasi/camel-kit#208.
