Builds from Git (spec.git) clone with the hardcoded username camel-k. Some Git servers check it. Bitbucket Cloud access tokensfor example, need x-token-auth, so those projects can't be built. Adds an optional username field to spec.git. It is used with the token from secret when cloning. It defaults to camel-k so existing users see no change. Note: Same approach as #6869, which did this for the gitops trait. Generated files only gain the new field. I didn't commit the CRLF-only rewrites that tooling produced on Windows. kamel run has no --git-secret flag, so I added no CLI flag.
