   ## Description

`camel-kit ship` fails on any machine whose JVM transport is configured for
a corporate proxy or a custom trust store.

`ShipMavenResolver.rejectRepositoryOverrides` hard-fails when any of the
standard JVM transport properties is set (`https.proxyHost`, `https.proxyPort`,
`http.proxyHost`, `http.proxyPort`, `java.net.useSystemProxies`,
`javax.net.ssl.trustStore`, `javax.net.ssl.trustStoreType`,
`javax.net.ssl.trustStoreProvider`) — properties that corporate environments
routinely inject via `JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS`/`MAVEN_OPTS`. The same refusal is
duplicated in `JvmPayloadArchive`. Even without those properties set, the
resolver session forces `aether.connector.http.useSystemProperties=false` plus
a null proxy selector, and the direct Maven Central byte fetch pins
`Proxy.NO_PROXY`, so a proxied network has no working route at all: the
VALIDATE stage cannot materialize its Camel/Citrus payloads and every run on
such a network fails.

   ## Expected behavior

The resolver honors the JVM's standard proxy and TLS system properties (the
same transport configuration every other JVM tool on the machine uses). The
refusal of true resolution-semantics overrides (`camel.extra.repos`,
`camel.default.extra.repos.default.value`) stays: those change *what* is
resolved, not *how* bytes travel.

   ## Scope

   - `camel-kit-ship-resolver`: stop rejecting transport properties; enable
`aether.connector.http.useSystemProperties`; drop the forced null proxy
selector and the `NO_PROXY` pin on the direct Central client.
   - `camel-kit-core` (`JvmPayloadArchive`): same reduction of the duplicated
refusal list.
   - Keep the `camel.*` repository-override refusal and all
checksum/offline/redirect policies unchanged.
