docs: use the apache/camel-kit clone URL in the development build
The development source build instructions in the root README and in the
plugin README cloned the donor repository luigidemasi/camel-kit, which
still builds under the io.github.luigidemasi coordinates. The next
command installs org.apache.camel:camel-jbang-plugin-kit, so it could not
use the artifact that was just built. Clone apache/camel-kit instead.
The published 0.4.1 release references are left unchanged.
