@oscerd when you have a moment, could you take another look? Both blockers from your review are addressed in f946daeb27 (details in my reply of 2026-10-21 11:28 UTC): a `null` consumer info now counts as gone, and the resume looks at the stream first (WorkQueue retention and a re-created stream use the consumer configuration as it is).
