_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_

Bug fixes for the bodies of cloud components (not AWS), found while adding
the catalog body types (CAMEL-24961). One commit; every fix has a unit test
that failed before it.

   | JIRA | Component | Fix |
   |---|---|---|
   | [CAMEL-25933](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25933) |
azure-storage-blob | getBlob writes into the body only when it is an
`OutputStream`; a `File`, `Path` or file-consumer body was converted to a
`FileOutputStream` and the file overwritten (also with `noop=true`) |
   | [CAMEL-25937](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25937) |
azure-storage-blob | uploads without a body fail with `InvalidPayloadException`
(was an NPE); commitAppendBlob and uploadPageBlob read the body before creating
the blob |
   | [CAMEL-25959](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25959) |
azure-storage-queue | sendMessage without a body fails with
`InvalidPayloadException` (was an NPE of the SDK) |
   | [CAMEL-25957](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25957) |
azure-servicebus | type converters `BinaryData` → `byte[]` and `InputStream`,
so unmarshal, file and `convertBodyTo` work after the consumer; docs say the
body is a `BinaryData` |
   | [CAMEL-25956](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25956) |
google-pubsub | a body that is not a String or `byte[]` is converted to
`byte[]` first (streams, stream caches, files, `Path`, file-consumer bodies are
sent as their content); only a body that does not convert goes to the
serializer; no body fails instead of publishing a serialized null |
   | [CAMEL-25934](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25934) | ibm-cos
| putObject takes the length from the body when it is known, and the
`CamelIBMCOSContentLength` header only for a stream of unknown length, as
CAMEL-25743 did for aws2-s3 |
   | [CAMEL-25935](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25935) | minio |
the `getObjectRange` operation of the catalog and docs works (it failed at
startup); `getPartialObject` still works, deprecated |
   | [CAMEL-25932](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25932) | docling
| a stream body (stream cache too) is written to the temp file as a `byte[]`
is, within `maxFileSize`; a stream cache is reset |

Behaviour changes are in the 4.24 upgrade guide; the main ones:
azure-storage-blob getBlob no longer writes into a file body, and google-pubsub
sends a `java.io.File` as its content instead of a serialized File object.

CAMEL-25931 (a2a) is not in this PR: it needs a design choice, asked on the
JIRA.

Catalog JSON and docs copied, endpoint DSL regenerated. Main only.
