@davsclaus addressed in 9444ab7ff0a3.
- `FileProducerSameFileLockTest`: the spin loop is replaced with
`await().atMost(10, TimeUnit.SECONDS).until(() -> second.isDone() ||
LockSupport.getBlocker(secondWriter) != null)`. camel-file now has the
`org.awaitility:awaitility` test dependency, declared like the other components
(`${awaitility-version}` from the parent, scope test).
- `GenericFileProducer.releaseLock`: the decrement is split out of the
ternary, as you show.
Tests run:
- camel-file: 30 run, 0 failures.
- camel-core `org.apache.camel.component.file.**` with this camel-file in
the reactor: 474 run, 0 failures, 12 skipped (manual tests).
